“Pulmonary mode is great for listening to lungs, best I have heard Cardiac mode has a lot of noise feedback when trying to listen which gets irritating The other concern is that I can’t record on my stethoscope unless I also have the app and my phone out in front of my patient which isn’t appropriate Overall, I would get it again but some issues for sure”

“This is a nice stethoscope. One can hear everything well without a doubt. The one lead is helpful. I put a tile on it because if I'd lose it I would miss it. My name is on it too.”

“Ambient sound cancellation is excellent as is frequency range of the device. Agree with other reviewers' comments that pulmonary setting is a bit sensitive to movement which creates artifact. You can hear pretty much everything you need to hear (i.e., rales, wheezes, etc.) on the WIDE setting. The heart rate is calculated from the heart sounds, not the ECG. The ECG works quite well, especially when placing the stethoscope pickup around the 2nd L intercostal area (or slightly lateral to it) --- same place event recorder transducer is attached. Overall, best stethoscope (manual or electronic) I've ever used!”
