“Core 500 is an outstanding stethoscope, with the three filters, heart, pulmonary, and wide you get quality sound that makes diagnosing easier. You can change the filters right from the stethoscope itself without the use of the app. Love my Core500”

“I have now used my digital stethoscope a few times since receiving it the other day. It has great sound quality and the display is great showing the heart rhythm. If you have hearing difficulty or just want to invest in a great stethoscope, I highly recommend the CORE 500.”

“A beautiful device and is a definite must have. This is my third Eko stethoscope. The Eko duo was first and I was impressed with the function, but it broke twice and was replaced via outstanding customer service, but I used the Littman core daily and saved the duo its wear and tear. The core 500 is a beast and I hope to get many years of use. If you’re on the fence, this is the one!”

“Great scope excellent noise cancellation. The EKG readings very useful. My only critique would be l with the reading would stay available on the scope head so l could turn it and show to patients instead of using my phone. Would be great to have a connection to Apple Watch that would be convenient. I wear hearing aids so very helpful but ear pieces work well in my ears. Highly recommend”

“Had to return first order because the sthetesope had a defect, the replacement that was given to me, so far works well and love that it shows the heart rate as well as a rhythm.”
