“Starting out, be warned that the 75-day "risk-free" tryout policy only applies if you did NOT get it engraved. Engraving voids any refunds, ALL SALES FINAL! I really hate how you can only record up to two minutes and I also hate how the steth itself automatically shuts off after a short time. I also hate how the Eko app is REQUIRED. I also hate how you cannot send a sound clip by itself for example, as an MP4 file. You HAVE to use the Eko app to "share" and it exports as an entire PDF with the sound clip as only a link to Eko's database. Basically, an internet connection is required and Eko servers must be up and running. If Eko EVER goes out of business, then congratulations! because your steth is NOW a $400 paper weight! For the money you spend, I am completely unhappy & unsatisfied with the required tethers to Eko's proprietary app & server & unwanted sleep mode shutdowns & recording limit up to ONLY two minutes. Thumbs down! Find a steth that offers freedom! Could've avoided this scathing review if they accepted returns on engraved devices. Fool me once... lesson learned, read the fine print buried in the FAQ's.”

“Very good. As a Paramedic Instructor I have to check behind my students. I can get a Blood Pressure reading even at the radial pulse. Heart and lung sounds are clear if you make a good connection. Just wished you didn’t have to pay for the AI interphase. Haven’t bought it yet but may do it. Needs to be lower!”
