“I think that this stethoscope is amazing! I do love the amplified sound and the way that it can differentiate between cardiac and respiratory sounds. I don’t like in practicality the overly large diaphragm head because of the 3 lead EKG. It makes assessing more petite patients harder. Overall an amazing stethoscope but better for assessing patients outside of a hospital since it gives you the fancy tech without having to pay for monitors and a 12 lead EKG.”

“I had my eye on the CORE 500 for several months, wondering if it would be worth the money as a veterinarian. When my beloved 12 year old stethoscope finally died beyond repair, I took the leap of faith and ordered it. It took me a few days to orient myself, but with each patient I got better and better. The ECG can be super helpful with some of my patients, but fur definitely gets in the way. Regardless, I have used it 3 times in 2 weeks with great success. My staff find it amazing. Day to day, I am hearing things so much clearer. I didn't realize how much I was missing. I leave exams far more confident than ever before.”
