“My earpiece broke off out of the blue . I contacted the eko customer service about the problem . My experience with the The eko customer service has been excellent , especially Emily . She Is extremely helpful. The earpiece replacement itself is excellent . It has a different style as the first one and a stronger connecter compared to the previous model . Only problem is that one of the rubber ear covers for unclear reason fell off on the second day I used it and now it was gone . Luckily, there are 3 sets replacement rubber ear covers included in the box .”
