“I haven't used this item personally but I ordered this replacement for the nursing / physician staff at the hospital I work for, the need for the replacement- being put in large white lab coat pockets repeatedly caused the tip for brake off.”

“the Eco is great but keeps breaking at the metal tube juncture. I dont think it is designed to put in a jacket pocket. Between my partner and I (who also has an Eco) it has broken 4-5 times”

“I believe the connection between earpiece and duo part should be all metal, not plastic to metal. I had to purchase a replacement one for a broken part, saw another person with same problem. I did purchase a case to protect it better, and the case should have been included for the price I paid, but I do like the stethoscope.”

“It’s great but but when attached to the duo makes a great deal o noise in a coat pocket. I wrap it up in a velcro cloth Not everyone wears them around their neck. Please make a pocket for it”
