“With the wonderful membership you purchase you’d think you would be able to hear back from customer service when you’re have a problem or question about your purchase, but you’re literally spending extra money just so they can send you emails and promotions you don’t want. It’s a joke don’t waste your money on it. Get what you need and forget the rest. Almost two weeks with an actual response from anything offering to correct my issue or even to tell me they can’t fix my issue would be better than nothing at all.”
