“Wanted her Core 500 engraved with her first and last name and RN. One letter too long ! I contacted support and offered to pay anything to get the engraving I wanted, but was told, can't do it~! Settled for first letter of first name, last name and RN. She did not know of the gift and when I gave it to her over the weekend, she was so happy / started to cry ! She is so extremely happy with the personalization, so it all worked out for the best in the end.”
