“In the photo, the colours were very muted. It looked like a photocopy of the picture. I am disappointed in the picture quality, but I am extremely frustrated with customer service. They say to send photos of the picture and they will verify if it's a print issue (as if they can tell with a photo). I sent an email stating I don't want it and would like a replacement. They sent an email saying that I have to pay shipping since I'm in Canada. So, I have to pay to return a painting that is poor quality?? I called & had to leave my number. They never got back to me. I contacted them through chat and they didn't help me. I called again and the girl wasn't communicating things to me. There were long pauses. I asked then to speak with a Manager and I wasn't able to. So now, I have to wait for Customer Service to hear back from someone, once again to tell the quality of the photo. UNBELIEVABLE!”

“The ordering process was seamless and I received my canvas sooner than expected! The packaging was also great. However the quality of the print isn’t as good as I expected. The print is very pixelated and colors are over saturated giving it more of a fake appearance. Still it’s an overall decent print so I’ll keep it but it’s not going to be placed in a prominent spot in my house as I had originally intended.”

“I ordered a picture of the Eiffel Tower. The picture that came was a blurred version. I would not recommend this product. Especially in a larger print. Not good”
