“My framed art arrived damaged and it wasn’t due to shipping. Additionally, the frame was extremely low quality and the corners didn’t even meet correctly. I immediately contacted ElephantStock and they offered to send me a new one. To avoid sending back the original and since the actual image wasn’t damaged I opted to keep what I received and just reframe it. (The actual image is really very nice.) They refunded me 30% of my total and I agreed to just move on from the situation. I ordered an 14x18 framed art so I purchased a 14x18 frame and was very disappointed when I got home and the art is too small for the frame- turns out the print (including the white border) is only 12x16 (and shame on me for not measuring first). I measured the frame I received from ElephantStock and the outside dimensions aren’t even 14x18. While I appreciated their quick response to my damaged product, I’m becoming more disappointed and discouraged in the company and all the products they might sell. I will not be purchasing anything from ElephantStock again.”

“I think it is a precious picture. I would of gave 5 stars but there is a lamb's ear on the side of the canvas. I would preferred it not be there.”

“I assumed that the poster would be delivered “rolled up”. I did not assume that it would be rolled up but with folds or wrinkles every 1/2”. I hope that the wrinkles will not be seen when attached to poster board.”

“The art is attractive, but it arrived in poor condition. The plexiglass was completely pushed in on one corner of the frame. When I looked closely, I realized that the picture had not been assembled correctly before shipment. The small silver tabs inside the frame that hold the image and glass were never pushed down into place, therefore the plexiglass was just kind of floating backward falling away from the front of the frame on the side. I had to cut the backing off, and reassemble the image in the frame. I'm just a bit disappointed in the sloppy quality and workmanship for the price I paid.”
