“I like the picture (map) and it would have complimented the use I have planned for it very well. My complaint is with the way you packed and shipped the map. FedEx did a terrible job in the handeling of the package. The map was wrapped in a simple plastic bag and placed in a flimsy box. FedEx managed to crush this outter box so now my map now has creases at ever 2 1/2" intervale for the entire length of the map. This prevents the map from laying flat. I'm very disappointed as this map is going to be placed under a heavy glass and will show each crease. VERY POOR!!! You should invest in a simple cardboard "TUBE" to insert these paper mapes into for shipping.”

“The poster is super cute and I liked it a lot. The issue I had was that it was just a poster, thus the price they charge for said poster is about 3x what it is worth. Plus I had discounts so it was actually marked more than that. The other issue I had was that it was rolled up and shipped in a box that got squished in transit so it was ruined as well. It should have been shipped in a plastic tube to protect it, and should have cost maximum of &20. I will say the company was quick to refund my money. So I was pleased with their customer service.”
