“The photo is good, but for a framed and matted print, it comes off looking more like an upgraded poster. At this price point, the matting should have been a true cut mat versus a simply white border to the print.”

“The advertisement lead me to believe I was purchasing the Rustic wood plank as something to frame my customized photo, that is not what I received, the wood plank was just a background added to my customized photo. Needless to say I was very disappointed!”
