“I have been trying to deal with customer service for better than a week. Image came in, very blurred, very stretched very poor quality where the canvas was wrapped around. The frame was bunched up, somewhat loose on frame as well. Very poor quality, very disappointed.”

“I’m a bit disappointed. It’s just a print in a frame- doesn’t look like it’s mounted and it’s not a heavyweight stock either. Great frame so guess that’s what I’m paying for. I expected better quality to be honest.”

“Sadly, the overall quality was more like Hobby Lobby or At Home merchandise but with a much higher price tag. Online the art I selected appeared to be more vibrant in color than the dull flat color of the actual print....really cheapens the look. The frame is extremely cheap material. I purchased during a big holiday sale so the sting isn't as bad otherwise I would have returned it. Will be my first and last order with Elephant Stock.”
