“There were two problems with our order: 1. I ordered and paid for a 20"x20" print. I received a 16"x16" print. The image size was 12"x12". Are you kidding? Nowhere did I read that there was a 2" white border. Again, when you order a 20"x20" print that should be the image size. 2. I was expecting an image size of 20"x20" to fit a frame that I purchased for this print (24"x24" with 2" matte leaving room for a 20"x20" image. So my 20"x20" image size that I expecting was delivered as a 12"x12" image. That would look ridiculous in my new frame. Please note the ACTUAL image size on your website. As a customer I totally expected when you order a 20"x20" print, the image size is 20"x20" (NOT 12"x12"). VERY disappointed. I have returned the print. PLEASE note the image size when listing prints.”

“The corners of all of the pictures are folded over and the fold is visible at all times. The corners stick out and look bad. I have ordered similar items from other sellers and the corners were folded over in the back and not visible.”
