“I ordered the natural wood frame and they sent me a black frame. It does not match my decor at all so I started a return. I've spent about $600 with ES so I expected more good results, but no. Their return policy is ridiculous. I have to send a photo of the boxed item? And if it gets damaged I'M responsible?? You know how hard it is to reuse the original packaging? I'm getting punished for their mistake. And who uses FedEx?? The nearest one is 20 min from me. Never again ES. I'll be buying my art elsewhere. (and please dont send some cliche automated response pretending to care, just dont)”

“I chose Indigo Gingko I for several reasons. I wanted a wall hanging with ginkgo featured. I needed those specific colors. It had to be that size so that it could be centered over a toilet in a tiny powder room. I was pleased with the quality of the canvas, the packaging & the delivery time. The problem that didn't show up on my monitor is that for my small area the artist's work was "over enlarged." It would probably be fine in a large room, but it would be better as part of the set the artist produced. I'll be keeping it, but I'm disappointed with my choice.”

“This is a very beautiful canvas photo, and it looks great on the huge wall above our TV. The only negative we have about it is that the parts of the photo that appear light green on the computer image are much darker in person, almost looking black in some areas. We would've preferred it lighter, the way it looked online, but that's the chance you take when you order online. Things don't always match the computer image exactly due to different monitors, etc.”

“I’ve been very disappointed and frustrated with your company . The mosaic tile did not go in the room I had wanted to hang it. I immediately reached out to the support email for a refund . Still have not received a response or return email .i followed the directions and took a photo of the product and box . But have heard nothing . Your return process is not ideal and also your site says free returns yet now I read we pay postage. I am disappointed and frustrated. I would have ordered other canvases but not with this difficulty .”

“I loved the abstract picture, but in the back the staples were sticking out and quite a few were missing and there was a lot of excess paper that I had to cut, and I had a pound down the staples. so that was a disappointment.”
