“I scoured the internet looking for canvas wall art for my newly remodeled home. My favorite 5 piece set was found on Elephant Stock so I placed an order on June 22nd. My credit card was charged June 23rd. I was alerted by email that I would be contacted when my order was shipped. After two weeks of silence I left a voicemail asking that someone call about my order. No one did. After a couple more days I did an online chat and was told that the company was backed up due to the Coronavirus pandemic. I indicated that it was poor business practice to charge a credit card prior to product shipment but I would wait another week before demanding a refund. A week went by with no confirmation of shipment so I did an online chat once more. It was now close to a month since I’d ordered. I was told they would put a rush on my order and if I’d be patient a little longer they would refund 20% of my order. I agreed with hesitation and indicated my displeasure at the fact that I continued to get solicitations to order more art work when they couldn’t even fulfill the orders they already had. After a month, I’ve finally received what is beautiful art work for my living room wall above the sofa. The product is fantastic but the service at Elephant Stock is sorely lacking.”

“The painting I received today was NOT like the painting I ordered!! If it look like the one I got today, I wouldn’t ordered this at all! I tried A new website to order off of, and I’m upset that I did.”

“It took 27 days to get the order and i felt like maybe i needed.to dispute the charges on my CC, especially after reading some online reviews about never receiving product. I was actually surprised when it arrived. The quality of the print is average, I expected better detail. Would not purchase again, sorry. Better communication about 4 week wait would set expectations.”
