“I don’t blame you directly. I was sent an email from your company stating the quality of my picture wasn’t the best and it had an image attached the was supposed to show how bad the image quality was once transposed onto your canvas. From the email it looked “Okay”, but once we received the actual pictures in our home, the image quality is terrible and these picture are in hangable. I will take partial responsibility for not finding a local vendor so I could easily see the physical quality and 2) not heeding your warning of poor quality. May I suggest next time a portrait looks as bad as mine, please recommend not to use it and to get a higher quality initial picture.”

“I received the incorrect print, contacted customer service twice and still after weeks have not been contacted about having my order re sent to me. I ordered a custom print of my car and received basic abstract print pictured below.”
