“I was really happy with my product when it finally arrived. I was very disappointed with how long it took to ship. It was bought as a birthday gift and ordered in plenty of time. I received an order Conformation staying my order would ship in 11 business days however by the 14th business day it still wasn’t ready to ship. It wasn’t until I wrote an email complaining that I was finally told it was late and would be rushed. The excuse I was told for the delay and lack of communication was because of the COVID pandemic. I can totally understand the situation but I was very disappointed that I wasn’t told it would ship late because like I said it was a birthday gift. I didn’t get it in time and my wife didn’t have a gift to open on her birthday.”

“I was not aware of the huge size difference I guess that's partially my fault but it seems like they would have noted somewhere about size difference of their products so now I'm returning it because I have a very small product and I was expecting a wall-size.”
