“Great selection of artwork! Love how one can customize the size!! My experience; however was unduly nerve wracking - I had to beg several times just to get confirmation of my order. All other online retailers send an order confirmation and receipt minutes after I've placed my order. Once I saw that my order had been charged to my credit card and I still hadn't received any notification from you, I began to worry that this was not a legit company. Fix that part of the process and I will sing your praises to all of my friends.”

“Palm Tree Ocean Breeze - This deserves a 2-1/2 stars. Every colors is darker than what was shown on the website. Lively beautiful green palm trees are dull dark green. Everything in this picture is blurry. VERY BAD QUALITY!!!”

“BUYERS BEWARE!!! DON’T BUY FROM ElephantShock!! DON’T WASTE YOU MONEY!! After waiting 4 weeks for receive my pictures. I am extremely disappointed at the quality of the prints. So embarrassing even to hang them up. Prints are of very bad quality. Colors are so much darker than what shown on the website. Hawaiian Lanterns Festival - Black ocean water where it’s supposed to be beautiful dark blue water. Nice orange color lanterns turns out to be dark blurry ugly orange. Deep blue sky is now black sky. Our family was actually at the Hawaiian Lantern event in 2019 to pay respect to our loved ones who passed on before us at this event. It was a special surprise for my family. This really upsets me so much when they thought the picture was printed from a photo I took from my phone because of such bad quality prints. I’m so sad and angry. 0 Star for this picture!!! Palm Tree Ocean Breeze - This deserves a 2-1/2 stars. Every colors is darker than what was shown on the website. Lively beautiful green palm trees are dull dark green. Everything in this picture is blurry. To think I could have actually gotten way better images if I just screen shot them off the internet and have them printed up at Walgreens. How shameful you guys sell such bad quality prints at such high prices. Even with discount price paid $500+ for 2 such bad quality prints Is unacceptable. I felt very disrespected!!”
