“I just received my art today- I ordered the 38x24 3 panel world map. The fabric was stretched too tightly across the wood frames that it made them bow. Also, each panel was a 1/8 too narrow which caused the lettering to be cut off. I called customer service right away but have yet to get a call back. So far I’m not impressed with the quality or customer service.”

“Hi. I just opened up the package. I was excited that it finally came, however was very disappointed in the quality of portrait and resolution. The resolution looks very pixelated to me and does not look clean. Did you guys print at a lower resolution? Is there any way we can get a better resolution photo or image. Please let me know what we can do to resolve this matter. Kindest regards, Jeff”
