“I have order two pieces of art. Quality was not what I expected, however acceptable due to the cost. One order came only in a tube no frame....that was not clear when I purchased the item. I received item two and it did have a frame. Not sure why these would be sold completed and then not?? Overall pretty happy and would use this site again.”

“I don't think I will be utilizing your service for some time. I am not satisfied with the product *I have received or the lengthy time it required for it to be delivered to me. I had to contact your customer service representative after well over a month of waiting for the product to be delivered. Now that I have received the product you are continuously reaching out for a review. where were you when I wondered where my money was. After finally contacting you, I wait almost another month before receiving a product I barely even recognize. I find a tiny package on my porch with a tiny product in it and I find myself laughing. I thought maybe this is a sample of the product I'm actually supposed to receive. This wall art measures a foot long by 5 1.3 inches wide. looking at the photo, it appears it covers a wider area over the couch. This photo is a deception! Please accept my request for an immediate refund. This is ridiculous. I am expected to hang this little toy looking item on my wall. I waited months, spent over $50, and this is what I receive. Please refund my money! You have taught me well about shopping online from now on I will purchase from Amazon.com or in a store in person where I can afford to see what I am investing in. I paid over 50 for a toy. I had to wait months to discover *I had been manipulated, and I remain with this empty space on my wall and my birthday is next week!”

“I’ve been waiting 2 months for a replacement panel, due to one panel arriving with discoloration. When complaint received, the company at first stated it was what is shown on the website photo but later promised a replacement. Now, each time I request for a tracking number, I get no response. Would have been a pretty picture if they reviewed the printout before shipping the item. Such a disappointment.”
