“I couldnt be more disappointed in your product. First my layout in the ordering process show a five -panel layout and when the order arrived it was only four panels. Secondly, I was overcharged as evidenced by your advertised prices. Lastly, when I called your office to talk to customer service I was put on hold and after twenty minutes no one answered the phone. As a professional photographer, I can not take a chance on ordering from you or recommending to the buyers of my photos they order their canvas from you. You have lost a customer and potentially many more.”
