“I gave a 3 because the artwork itself is very nice. What brought the score down is that it took extremely longer than originally stated to receive the work and when the box arrived it was a mess. It was not taped properly and that lead to the box being slightly open. Thankfully it was not ruined inside.”

“The product i received was wonderful, however my experience with your customer service was one of the worst i have ever experienced. I am extremely dissatisfied with your customer service, that despite my being pleased with the product, i am extremely hesitant to order from you again. The communication regarding my order status was nil, when I reached out, information that was promised to me was not followed through with. Unfortunately, I will not be recommending this company.”

“The piece itself is beautiful. I would like to send a couple photos of the damage on the top right hand of the frame and top left of the Canvas. I’m definitely experiencing disappointment at the same time of being excited because the piece is where my husband and I got engaged. Hoping there will be compensation.”
