“After waiting 3 weeks and countless calls with no return call, I finally spoke with someone who was helpful and all of a sudden the package was sent out that day. Overall quality is poor for $300. I wouldn’t recommend using them for canvas prints.”

“Made orders on 6/7 and 6/15, $500+, have gotten nothing. Contacted them 5+ times for updates, got incorrect information. Until today, when I learned my 6/7 order had been accidentally cancelled, and they would be starting over. They are over the 11 business day thing on all my orders. They are at 3 weeks on one order. I had to spend hours finding this out. All 3 orders are apparently now in process, but no discounts, no refunds, no expedited shipping, no guarantees, no email confirmation. Really dissapointing.”

“I love my pictures, however I'm not satisfied with the lack of communication. I feel like if I spend my money at a business I should be able to speak with someone from that business. Since I didn't receive a tracking number for over 3 1/2 weeks and my pictures in 4 weeks I was very dissatisfied.”

“I have waited so long for this artwork to place on my wall I am disappointed with the quality of this product as far as the photo itself Also no hardware included no picture to direct me as to what piece goes where left or right up or down its a puzzle to me 5 pieces of a green blurred cactus. Come on people nearly spent 300 dollars! Adios.”
