“I placed my order with special instructions (custom order) the instructions were verified with me by customer service. My artwork arrived after 22 days from placing the order and the changes that I request were not made. I am very disappointed with the lack of attention to the details of my order. My custom order was with a black background, I was sent a white background which I have included with this review.”

“DON'T BUY FROM HERE! My "custom made" 3 piece artwork showed up with 2 of the same pieces. Customer service will only refund my purchase after they receive the return instead of sending out new artwork to replace the mistake. I've already waited over 3 weeks for my order to arrive and now I have to wait many more for a refund? Absolutely horrible!!!!”

“Would have been great if the correct art panels showed up. I received two of the center panels and one of the left. Customer service will not send new artwork, only will refund when they receive my return. This is not good business when they made the mistake!”

“I have waited a long time for this wall art to arrive. But when it did arrive I noticed right away it was not as light and bright as the picture shown when I purchased the item. It is darker and a little more dingy than the picture shown. But I still like it. But would not have purchased it if I knew it would not be as shown.”
