“For $80.00 I thought it would have been bigger. Even though I saw the size. Online. and the picture on website looks really big for the size I purchased. I would have like to get one bigger than what I order. But I'm on a budget with 2 small kids. But the picture is pretty.”

“After waiting almost a month since I ordered, I received wrong one, smallest size and four pieces. My order was five pieces 42 X 19 . I do not know how such mistake could happen. Even I did not unwrap it. I just opened the box and felt sad. Surprisingly, I held off another order after I put it in Cart as I want to check this one first. Then I removed it. This is really a bad experience for me. For your info, it's a gift to my friend who bought a house and I supposed to give him two week ago. I told same story to one of your representative , when we chat last time about the status of my order. Finally, yesterday ordered another similar paint from FramedArt. I hope it will be fine.”

“The art itself is good. The delivery time was longer than promised on two different occasions. I understand possible issues with the Covid virus but was given the same automated response both times I inquired about when it would be shipped and delivered.”

“I have waited a long time for this wall art to arrive. But when it did arrive I noticed right away it was not as light and bright as the picture shown when I purchased the item. It is darker and a little more dingy than the picture shown. But I still like it. But would not have purchased it if I knew it would not be as shown.”

“Once the canvas finally shipped it arrived rather quickly, so that was good. Upon arrival, I opened up the package to start hanging my art only to find that the wood frames the canvas' were stretched around were quite bowed. The lines weren't straight which really ruins the aesthetic of a 3 panel piece. They were also bowed the other way causing them to not sit very flush against the wall. From far away its not terribly noticeable... However, as I am the one that hung them, it's all I can focus on. If they can improve on the frame craftsmanship they'd get a 10/10 because the quality of the print itself is fantastic.”
