“I have been patiently and excitedly waiting, since May 30th, for our pieces to arrive. I understood that there would be a delay, due to COVID, and was assured that my order was being processed (even though I didn't get my tracking info for longer than what had been advised online). I would say, if you are going to purchase any of these prints, opt for the larger sizes. The sizes are NOT ACCURATE to what they say you will be getting. 2 of the 3 pieces I ordered are short bu INCHES. The measurements online should take into account the canvas, as that would've changed my mind on the sizes I ordered. One piece was a 29 x 12, but as you can see, the actual piece I received was 25.5 x 12. Another piece was supposed to be 24 x 14 but the art I received was 20.5 x 13.25. None of that makes sense to me as the large piece I ordered was 36 x 24, and was, in fact, 36 x 24. I will absolutely be reaching out for either correct sizes or a refund. I am extremely disappointed, especially since the reviews were so positive.”

“Ordering easy. Communication when I initiated it was good. Production time very slow and delays not proactively sent to me. However they did partially make up for it with a discount.”

“I ordered May 27, 2020, arrived June 23, 2020 I need to follow-up because I did not hear anything, hope you put note on your website about the delay delivery coz of the covid, like the item but not excited anymore.”

“I am a little disappointed with ElephantStock and how it is handling customer shipments. Even taking the proper healthcare precautions due to COVID-19, it should not take over a month to receive a photo. While I understand the pandemic has reduced staffing levels and contact, excessive delivery times being placed on COVID-19 are not a way to garner a long term customer return experience. It appears the company is falling in line with many other companies and using COVID-19 as a reason to slow down production while at the same time having an increase in demand with reduced staff levels to bolster the bottom line.”

“I love the image, however, the special instructions on this order were totally ignored after an email was sent illustrating how it would look per my request and my approval was given to move forward with the order. I am very upset right now.”

“There was a dead mosquito that got squashed onto our canvas photo. I thought i could just flick it off, but they put a coating on the canvas and it is glued (not sure if it is the correct word) on there for good.”
