“I ordered the Visions of Lyla 5 piece canvas set because I loved the colors in it and thought it would be perfect in my den. I received it today and was a little disappointed. The quality is good but the colors are off as well as the brush strokes.”

“Probably the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. My money was taken almost immediately after I confirmed my bill/ship info. Heard absolutely nothing from elephant stock for nearly 3 weeks. Finally emailed inquiring on my purchase. Emailed me back and said they would put a note on my product and it would ship soon. Few more days go by and I hear nothing. Call customer service and they apologize and say they will ship it out soon. Two days later it ships out through FedEx and was lost in transit for a few days. I understand the circumstances right now with shipping delays relating to COVID-19. HOWEVER, showing up a month after I placed the order two of the four corners on the frame I paid extra for were damaged.. I will not be shopping or recommending Elphant Stock again.”

“Not Happy at all with my purchase. The picture is much smaller than advertised online. The color is also faded..not bright like online...i could have painted that myself its so small. I'm requesting a refund and shipping it back. I also waited a month and a half to get it!”
