“Their product is not as large as they say they are. I ordered the 34 x 16 and the center was the largest which was 16" long and 5" wide. False advertisement big time.”

“I ordered 2 canvases on May 29th. I paid $40 for express shipping 3-5 business days. I received one right away and was very happy with it (5 stars), however it has been beyond 5 business days now and when I put in a service complaint, someone says they'll get me a service representative, but no one has reached out and I can't get an update for the life of me. Can't say this makes me want to buy from ElephantStock again.”

“Art work was extremely smaller than what it was in the picture and definitely wasn't as vibrant . Kind of disappointed in my purchase and not worth the buy for 125 dollars .”

“The art is great. The service, however, was lacking. I ordered on May 12- called to check on the status about a week later and was told it typically takes 7-10 days. Called again last week to check again and was told an expedited request would be put in. Finally got the piece yesterday almost a month after ordering. It was a bday gift for someone whose birthday was May 26th- so I was disappointed to say the least.”

“The picture I receive it's very pretty but there is far too much Gray. I've requested information to return I've sent a photo like requested and I have not received any instructions on how to return so that I can make a different purchase. Customer service is lacking.”
