“The delivery was late, so missed a birthday. I had to inquire a couple of times to find out when I could expect it. The quality is OK I guess. Not what I expected. We have to do some trimmjng ourselves before we can hang it.”

“Customer service sucks. You try to call them and no one answers the phone. You will wait for hours. When you email them- they will answer you but will not send you any tracking numbers. So expect your items to show up 2-3 weeks later. They are quick in taking your money out of your account but slow in shipping. I will not be ordering anything from them in the future.”

“Picture arrived with several indents from either packaging, delivery or both. There is no protection of picture. You would think that there would at least be plastic to cover picture in frame. Matte is just white left around picture. Very cheaply made for the money spent. I will be returning for refund.”

“I received what they refer to as art a few days ago. It was late and poorly made. I have contacted them twice now for the satisfaction guaranteed refund, no questions ask, etc. of course I can not get anyone to answer me back, they have to research it. They are the worst and their quality of workmanship is equally matched. I will NEVER do business with them again!”
