“I logged an issue for poor quality of the item delivered which should not have been printed or shipped the way it was. On the site and in chat I was reassured that there was a 30 day refund if not satisfied shop with confidence, which is why I took a chance in using elephant stock for my clients order given this was my first order with Elephant stock. Since I logged the issue last week I’ve been passed around to different people and told different things but in the end I’m now being told the refund does not apply to this order. My chat with the rep did not say that was the case and I was also told if issues with quality the tech would contact me or send a proof, none of this happened. I have had to eat the cost on this order to date and expect a refund as I was assured. I’ve also placed a new order to make my clients order right using a different picture, I hope that order is a better experience than what I’ve had so far. Please make this right and honor the promises made by chat and on your site, the site says on the screen where I confirm my order and pay that I can ship with confidence, it does not state my order is not eligible for the full refund. This is no way to run a business. Please make this right.”

“Not going to lie extremely disappointed in my canvases took forever and obviously there was a rush as one has white spots all over it that were not on the original picture I sent in. And still have not received my 25% refund. Which now that I have them and see the shitty quality of your printing should be at least 50-75% refund I could have painted better quality. Will never order from u again. Horrible customer service no one ever called me back like they said they would never got my refund like they said and yea.”

“The canvas photo is very dark and seems to have a pink filter, highlighting clouds in the picture. Our original print was very bright, the field of grain was bright, had blue sky, and white clouds. we are disappointed.”

“I had high hopes in ordering from ElephantStock because of all the high reviews. The problems began when I didn't hear anything for weeks from ES after placing my order for two prints--no status or product updates, just silence. Not what I would expect after spending $500 with them. I emailed and called in and the rep was kind enough to put a "rush" on my order and things started moving. When I received my order I was disappointed to find that on one of my prints the canvas was stretched improperly and the bleed was actually showing all the way down the panel. I have sent emails, left messages and not a single response. A customer should never have to work this hard to get in touch with a company.”
