“Unable to get ahold of the company. Order shipped out LATE and the frame was BROKEN!!! I sent them an email a few days ago when i received it and have yet to hear anything back. I will be sending it back to them TODAY and asking for a full refund.”

“Buyer beware! This company ignored numerous emails and phone calls to cancel my order when I learned it would not arrive as promised. I needed this for a birthday gift and my order wasn’t even fulfilled when it was supposed to be on its way to me. When I finally was able to get someone on the phone, I asked the order be cancelled but the representative assured me that my purchase would arrive on time and that my shipping would be upgraded and that I would get a call back to confirm....none of which ever transpired. Would never purchase with this company again! They never apologized or even offered me a partial refund or future credit! Worst customer service ever!”

“I am extremely disappointed with my order. It looks nothing like the picture online. The background of my canvas was supposed to look like a brick wall. The background came completely black. The colors on the design look like they are bleeding. I look forward to getting a refund.”
