“The quality of the picture was so bad. The printed picture is not clear and looks very blur. For the amount of money I have spent on it, I would like to have a clear and sharp picture. Customer service is pathetic.”

“I was disappointed with this artwork, in that the states are not shown on the map, only major cities are illustrated. Another disappointment is that the font size had to be reduced, nearly unreadable, presumably, to accommodate the many cities listed.”

“I was very upset that it took about a month for my purchase to get to me without any communication from your company that it would take as long as it did. I am more than understanding that businesses are behind due to COVID, however, communication is would have been appreciated. I feel that I was forgot about until I am the one who had to call to check up on my order. At that time, is when I got numerous communication from you. John, whom I spoke with on the day I called to inquire about my order was very professional and made my dissatisfaction with the delay in shipment somewhat tolerable with refunding me 20% of what I spent. My bank account has not reflected that promise of refunding me which I will be watching out for. I did receive the product I purchased and I am pleased with the artwork as it looks so much better in person. Once I receive my promised 20% refund, I will trust in your company. The box was not taped well as the box was partially opened which I was anticipating damage, but thankfully it was without damage. I love the way the art looks on the area where I plan to hang it.”

“I was disappointed in first of all, the long wait. Once I received my order, I first thought I was given the wrong order. Then, after opening the box, I was devastated! I had no idea the pictures would be so small! But it was all trial and error for me (NEVER AGAIN!)”
