“The art looks good, however it was way beyond the estimated shipping time. I understand this is a stressful time, and shipping is expected to take longer. However, it specifically says on the website that operations are running same as usual at elephant stock. After not receiving any information about my purchase for weeks after ordering, I tried to contact them just to get a ballpark estimate of when my order was supposed to arrive. I did not receive a response to my emails, nor my voicemails, until multiple business days later. I finally got a hold of someone in the live chat, all they said was there was an error and my purchase is now being processed. My purchase was not processed until almost 3 weeks after ordering, because of an error in elephant stocks system, an error that I had to hunt someone down to even hear about, and then they did nothing to solve the error other than say "our bad". Again, I understand things are going to take longer during this time, I just wish that was communicated to me so that I could make arrangements. I really liked the art once I received it, but I am disappointed in the way they handled my business.”

“Horrible!!!!! The picture was smaller than advertised. The quality of the painting was deplorable. The customer service trying to recoup my money was highly unprofessional!! I'll never order anything from your company again. And I'll encourage anyone I know or meet to never order from your company!”

“I had placed a previous order and all went well, My second order has turned into a frustrating fiaco, Ordered the Slices of Fruit panel set, Waited to weeks for it to even ship, When it arrived they sent the smallest size and was NOT the size I ordered, So I tried calling- couldn't talk to anyone, Went online- could't talk to anyone but did get an canned response which did not address my issue. I sent them an email to simply get a refund and did get a response but again it was a canned response and it will be days before the refund process will even begin, The quality is there- the customer service is less than desirable.”
