“Unfortunately I will NOT recommend this company to anyone. It took extremely long to receive my order but when I got my order I noticed it was the wrong size. 5 minutes ago I called customer service and they stated I could NOT return my order even thought their website states 60 day return guaranteed. I was willing to purchase the same order and pay the difference from my first purchase for the large picture. The customer service representative stated I could NOT do so.... Poor communication and this company does NOT PRACTICE INTEGRITY!!!”

“I read the reviews on Elephant Stock, and they were good. So, I purchased a large print framed. On their website, it says "Fast Shipping." After 6 days, I heard nothing. I used the tracking tool, and the response returned was "Unfilled." After 8 days, I called the customer service line. The automated message gave me options to choose from, however, the customer service stated they were busy, and I was directed to leave a message. I was given no other choice. Because this happened, I sent an email inquiring about my package status. The website stated a response to my question would be sent to me within 24 hours. At the 72 hour mark, I received a response that stated the company was working on my order. However, no time frame or status was given. Therefore, my question was not answered. I never received a phone call either, and I left two messages. I looked on their website for any communication stating their processing and delivering service might be delayed due to COVID-19, but nothing was disclosed. In fact, the company's website stated, it was business as usual. I finally received the package over 10 days later. I think the quality of their products is good. However, the company's ability to disclose their processing time and effectively answer customers questions is sub-par. Their lack of timely, effective communication over shadows their product quality.”

“I know I complained about the customer service with this online site but I finally received my canvas painting and it looks great in my home. The low rating is because customer service was awful in responding back. It wasn't until I demanded a refund that I suddenly saw quick results in receiving my painting.”

“The quality of the canvas and finish are excellent. BUT...the image is very blurry. I would not have purchased this item if I first saw it in person. It is difficult to tell this online and had hoped it would be even a little clearer.”
