“I ordered and paid for a specific size and they sent me the smallest size they have. Obviously someone isn't doing quality assurance and making sure the correct product is sent. I was very disappointed to see the size of the package once I got home.”

“I received my painting with a white circle of bare canvas in the middle of a large scenic picture. When I contacted customer service they said it was part of the design. It wasn’t easily noticeable online when ordering & makes no sense why it would even be considered part of a print design. It is glaringly obvious in person & ruins the piece. No free shipping to return it was offered & the cost for shipping would be at least half the cost of the picture so I’m out money either way. I had to touch the picture up myself to make it presentable & no discount was offered. The picture was also delivered on my doorstep in the pouring rain & the box was soaked by the time I received it so it is unusable for a return anyways. Not impressed with quality or service.”

“It wasn’t what I expecting. Color scheme was different from what I originally chose. The red in the background is what caught my eye on the picture , but when I received it wasn’t any red in the painting and art wasn’t the same as picture that’s advertised..”

“I ordered a nice hockey canvas to Canada. The canvas itself is very nice and I am satisified with the product. Over a month after receiving the product I received an invoice from FedEx to pay an additional $50. It stated on the website that shipping to Canada was free. NOT IMPRESSED. Will never order again from this website again.”
