“Well, I had high hopes. My initial order of a 5 piece custom canvas printing arrived and was realllllly dark compared to the image I sent. I mean I could clearly see the face and details of the human in the picture on my computer, but in the print it was nearly a silhouette. I called customer service, and after a bit of discussion (and their insistance that my image resolution might be the issue), they agreed to print a different photo to make sure I was a happy customer. The second image printed better, but it took a whole month for them to get it to me with no updates for weeks. All in all, it was a less than inspiring experience, but the final product was good. I may use them again in the future, but I would make sure to ask for a proof of what the image looked like. They have a lot of potential here and I wish it went more smoothly.”

“Good quality overall, especially the digital image and canvas construction but less attention to detail on the frame which had two dents and one corner that didn't meet and had exposed wood. Also, the sawtooth hangers were put on the bottom instead of the top based on their posted photos. Too large a piece (33"x48" single panel) to bother with returning, so will accept it as is. Overall a striking piece that I'm still pleased I invested in.”

“I was very disappointed by the image quality of this canvas. The resolution of this print appeared to be pretty low, almost blurry. There's no fix for this item. A refund is definitely in order.”

“Getting my print done was like having teeth pulled. Their online templates are not accurate. I have pointed this out in detail to them but they fail to understand that the templates are the issue. It crops the image unnecessarily. A 3:2 ratio print should never crop any part of a 3:2 ratio image. They claim it is due to the wrap, however the wrap is a mirror, so the image is not being consumed and should not be cropped. They supplied me with a proof of my 5 piece panel canvas that depicted the image as it should be, which is uncropped, however when I received the image it was cropped on top and bottom. Elephant Stock did reprint the image and it finally came out as expected but caused a long delay in getting the product to my client. Since they got the second print right, another client wanted one so I decided to duplicate the order. It arrived and the image was printed correctly but the panels are not all the same length. My client did not want to wait or go through the hassle of a reprint so she reluctantly accepted it as is. I do like the final print quality. They take great care in shipping. Need to work on Quality Control and Site Templates. Elephant stock has made me look bad twice. Three strikes and you are out. Elephant Stock has also blocked me from their Facebook Page because I had posted images that showed the flaw in their templates. The definitely filter reviews and Facebook posts.”

“I have one picture from Allison stock that I have been trying to return now for two weeks I have done everything that I’m supposed to do I wrote an email include pictures of the item that I would like to return and called customer service and still I have no return label in my inbox… While I am enjoying one of the pictures you sent me I would very much like to return to the other one and I feel that this poor customer service would make me hesitate to order from you again… Please advise”
