“I didn't receive my "wonderful" piece of art. It wasn't received. Was told could possibly have a replacement sent, but I would have to wait another 2 to 3 weeks. I think that is unacceptable. I waited 3 weeks for an item I didn't receive initially, now I have to possibly wait another 2 to 3 weeks. I didn't choose Fed Ex Elephant Stock did, but I have to be inconvenienced due to the selected carrier.”

“While beautiful this canvas art falls short of the online picture. I bought this because I wanted to judge the quality of work I would get before making a more costly purchase. The Problem I have with this canvas art is clarity and focus. especially from the middle picture. The middle canvas is severely out of focus making at lease half of the canvas look like little more then a blue blob. I have add a pic with HD resolution of what I am talking about.”

“I went through a few days of corresponding with their team to insure that I received a proof that was indicative of the final product. They provided a final proof, which myself and my client approved. Upon receiving the product was found that the top and bottom of the image had been cropped about 2 inches more than what the proof showed. This altered the appearance and flow of the photograph. Upon more inspection I found that they do not print the image correctly so that you get the full width of coverage that you purchased. This was sold as a 65" x 36" x 1.5". In order for the images to line up correctly, 62" was the absolute widest that could be achieved and that was still cheating on alignment a bit. This is very important since my clients chose the 65" width for a specific reason. On the other hand the print clarity and color are nice, however due to this not matching the proof nor the dimensions specified, my client refused deliver. I have attached images, which include the proof they provided. Not the red marks to compare with same red marks on photo of actual print where significant image are has been cropped off. Also see the image laid out at the specified 65" with equal panel gapping and the misalignment that results.”

“Very disappointed with the picture. It is advertised as being a rock 3 D picture. It is a flat picture. It has no raised rocks on it. The description of it is miss leading and the picture you show appears to be raised rock major look like it is 3D . It is no way a 3D picture, the description stated is not what I received. I paid a lot of money for a 3D picture which I did not receive. I overpaid for what I received.”
