“Went through several emails obtaining a proof to ensure correct final image. The final proof provided was what I was shooting for. The delivered product was cropped off about 2 inches on top and bottom. The edges are mirrored so there is no reason for this. This ruined the flow of the original image and omitted some key elements. I wasted several days with Elephant stock trying to get this sorted so I would receive what I wanted and they managed to mess it up. My client refused to accept the print, which I do not blame them. I had another order in que that I had requested a proof of as well. They responded that they could not provide one but to be rest assured that it would match the webpage preview. After receiving this first print that was not like the sample provided I decided to cancel my second order. DO NOT TRUST this company with custom prints. They do not know their own business.”

“Ordered a 5 piece . Looks great but not happy with canvas/framing. Two of the five prints are not square and when your trying to hang them they look crooked on the wall because of the uneven frames. Frame top 16 inches. Bottom 16 1/8 inch.”

“This is my second purchase and my first one blew my mind. It was absolutely stunning. This one not so much. The picture, unlike my other seems a little distorted in which I can tell it is a screen print. Still okay, but not the wow factor I expected.”

“There's no way those pictures originally cost $125.00. On sale for $59.99. They are Extremely so small it's ridiculous. I couldn't wait to receive it however when I seen the box was so small and I mean extremely small i was so upset. I will never order from them again. I personally think it's a rip off.”
