“Huge fan! I bought this kit after using the Kombucha Shop basic set, which is good, but this deluxe kit has everything you need. It's winter and my first brew took fivever because we keep the house at 68. The heat wrap keeps the temp in the sweet spot and has sped up the process astronomically.I also love the strainer-funnel it comes with! I do recommend that if you do a secondary fermentation, leave the strainer out of the funnel. More bacteria = shorter fermentation time. It is great for bottling though, especially if you're brewing for people who are squeamish about the bacteria.”
