“Arrived dead. I live in an apartment complex so I dont believe it was left outside after delivery, arrived dead, no activity in a week, internal bag was punctured so that might have been the issue. Alas”

“Came small and not working. I followed instructions carefully and studied before starting. It was already alarmingly thin and small and I thought I'd try it anyway. The scoby didn't grow another scoby, it is slightly thicker, no carbonation and now it smells strong of vinegar and I'm not sure if I should try again or call it a dud.”
