“It's working great. I'm new to brewing kombucha but the scoby and starter fluid from fermentaholics are thriving just fine. For the first week my brew sat at about 68f and not much was happening. I bought a seed mat to wrap around it and the temp climbed to 78f. After a few days the scoby started to do it's magic and after two weeks total I was able to start the second ferment. So I guess it must be a good product to survive shipping and a week of sub optimal temps.”
