“So far so good... My kombucha is cooking more or less. Easy to do.my scoby sank. What I read was normal. I didn't take a ph test .I didn't have any test strips,so i added one cap of vinegar just to make surr.Also if it's cold its mold,it needs to be fairly warm.. Keep you posted”
