“So far so good... My kombucha is cooking more or less. Easy to do.my scoby sank. What I read was normal. I didn't take a ph test .I didn't have any test strips,so i added one cap of vinegar just to make surr.Also if it's cold its mold,it needs to be fairly warm.. Keep you posted”
“Good SCOBY, wasteful packaging.. Im still waiting on my first batch, but my SCOBY arrived in tact and seems to be thriving. I do feel a bit guilty about the single use plastic packaging (as well-branded and professional this companys products are).”
