Scoby was large and healthy, produced a large baby scoby which is now starting my second batch of kombucha. My first batch is now In its second fermentation and appears to be doing well.This is my first attempt at making kombucha and I would recommend Fermentaholcs to any beginner as well as experienced kombucha makers. I was also impressed that they immediately sent an email after I received the scoby to make sure I had no questions and was pleased with the product. Great company with an excellent product!”
“Highly recommend. At first my scoby must have been cold. Even though its summer I live on a mountain top. So I wrapped the jar with a towel and added a light and my scoby got very happy. 9 days and put in jars with 2 Tb cherries and a couple slices of ginger. After 40 hours they are very fizzy. Next time I will step the hinger to make it stronger. Thank you!”
