Scoby was large and healthy, produced a large baby scoby which is now starting my second batch of kombucha. “Highly recommend. At first my scoby must have been cold. Even though its summer I live on a mountain top. So I wrapped the jar with a towel and added a light and my scoby got very happy. 9 days and put in jars with 2 Tb cherries and a couple slices of ginger. After 40 hours they are very fizzy. Next time I will step the hinger to make it stronger. Thank you!”
