It works great! After spending a small fortune on store bought kombucha, I decided to try my hand at making my own. This SCOBY worked like a charm, and came with plenty of starter liquid to make my first batch. My kombucha turned out great! Highly recommend!

Best place to start brewing Kombucha is with one of these..... Did not know how to start brewing Kombucha. Learned as much as I could from the internet. Needed a scoby. This was delivered fresh and worked perfectly. Even comes with a guarantee which is a confidence builder (but I did not need it). Emailed with a newbie question which was answered quickly. Thanks!

Just Follow The Directions. I've watched more than a dozen videos on how to make and flavor Kombucha Tea and looked for a scoby. This one seemed reasonable so i bought it. I made my first batch using Constant Comment Tea and realized later that using a flavored tea is highly discouraged but it came out okay and started forming a second scoby. Im makimg another batch with Constant Comment and bought another scoby to make a 3rd batch using a straight black tea that I bought from a local coffee house. I'm new at this but I'm happy with my purchase and the results.

Highly recommend!! I just started my third batch of kombucha thanks to my starter scoby and culture!! It arrived super puffed up from the heat I think, but I popped it into the fridge for a few hours and it was okay to open. My kombucha brewing has been going so smooth thanks to fermentaholics!
