“Clean Scoby. Awesome clean Scoby. I brewed a batch from this one and also one I got from a friend. The one I got from a friend tasted bitter and slightly off. And not just from the fermentation prosses. The one I bought from Fermentaholics honestly tasted much cleaner and much better, so I stuck with this one. I have made many batches since I got it. Takes a few batches to properly acclimate to your environment, but when it does, it will produce very nice Scoby's and great Kombucha time after time. Highly recommended.”
