“2 time purchase: 1 worked 1 didn't. Short version: I bought this product twice. 1st time was amazing. 2nd time my scoby was DOA.Long version: I'm disappointed. I purchased one of these earlier this year and made numerous successful batches... unfortunately I didn't have a Scoby hotel and my original one had developed mold during a bad fermentation. So I bought this again and tried making a one gallon batch using my usual method... didn't work. I tried again and still nothing.”
