“Working great. High quality. Working great. High quality. Because I was starting with 2 gallon first brew vessel, i probably should have gotten two SCOBYs, so to compensate, I added lots of extra "starter" kombucha (ie, 32oz store bought, plain kombucha).”

“I recommmend this company of you want a healthy scoby. Scoby was live & healthy .1.5 cups of good starter. Well packaged.If you dont have a friend to give one , this is a best alternative . DO NOT buy a freeze dried scoby from another company - it does NOT work .”
