Don't be like me. Well I learned the hard way how NOT to make Kombucha and I wasted this culture.What I learned: DON'T put this in the fridge once you get it. DON'T put ALL of the starter tea in until you test the pH with some reliable strips. DON'T use a non-permeable lid on your jar. DON'T water it down if your pH is too low after adding the starter tea. DON'T use green tea for your first ferment.

I can attest to the quality and it taste pretty good as well if I'm being honest. Quality kombucha done right. I can attest to the quality and it taste pretty good as well if I'm being honest. Not my favorite tasting of all time but it's good kombucha.

... first off I'm hoping to give this product a better review in the future. All right first off I'm hoping to give this product a better review in the future.When I revived this product the culture had built up an excess amount of pressure causing the starter tea forced out of the bags. I would say that I lost at least half the liquid if not more. So I'm a bit worried but try it anyway. I will provide an update a bit latter.-------------------------------------------Update March, 21First batch of kombucha finished and it seems to have done well. The Scoby grew quite a bit.
